For issues with your web hosting, e-mail and domain names, log

has given you. If you have not used the helpdesk before, then

Most telecom issues are raised with the telco involved. If
you have not raised an issue before, create an account using
any username, but clearly state the numbers involved. If do
not wish to register with the same e-mail address that you
used when registering for the 0845 numbers please provide
that email address in your support request. |

Support
Most supported sites will have provided you with a username
and password. However, if you do not know what they are then
create a new account and leave as much information as possible
with your inital support request and we will endeavor to match
