For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required..

You will recive an automated response within 1 hour to confirm we have received your request. If you do not recive this email, check your spam folders, try to submit it again then call our helpdesk if the second ticket doesnt trigger the response.

We will always try and deal with your issue to your satisfaction but if you are not happy with the resolution you can esculate the case to our director, whos details the support team will give you on request.
